Pancake Pan Set

Manufactured in France and favoured by professional chefs, these pans are constructed in 2mm thick Black Steel, giving decades of durability and use. Heat transfer and retention is extremely high, and non-stick qualities improve with use as the surface patina builds up. Suitable for all high heat including induction. Crêpes and pancakes cook fast and evenly, as do other searing, braising and browning recipes. After use, simply wipe, oil and store.
